The problem

A plumber working on a job cannot always stop to answer the phone. Auxio is developing Alice to collect caller and job information and help businesses manage appointment requests.

My contribution

I contribute to product engineering across the application and the workflows around it. My work includes onboarding, navigation, and the business-facing interface, alongside testing the paths a user takes through the product.

I work with a team and use AI-assisted development tools. My contribution includes defining work, reviewing implementation, and checking behavior; the product is a shared effort.

Technical approach

The product connects a voice interaction with a business workflow: collecting information, applying scheduling rules, and making the resulting activity understandable to the business. The public site includes a sample call so visitors can hear the intended experience.

A decision that matters

A convincing sample call does not establish that the whole product is ready. Onboarding and the business-facing workflow need attention too. I treat these paths as part of the product rather than stopping at the voice demonstration.

Current scope

Auxio is in development and its public site offers a waitlist. The capabilities described here explain what we are building; they do not establish customer adoption, revenue, or measured reductions in missed calls.
